Yoko provides outstanding service personalized to my needs. She was very patient working with me for over a year to make sure I find the right place for me. She drove me around to get me familiar with various areas in L.A. I was an out of town buyer, so after the closing she took personal care of the repairs, provided references for the services I needed, managed communication between all parties to ensure all the repairs are completed and all the assets (keys and door openers, etc) are turned in by the seller's agent who was not very cooperative. She took personal care to drop off the keys at my daughter's residence. She made herself ALWAYS available and was extremely accommodating and flexible. I do not know what I would do without her help and outstanding service.
